The Gokyo Valley trek also start from Lukla via Jiri, following the traditional route to Everest Base till Sanasa then the route goes left following Dudh Kosi river splitting from traditional route to Everest Base. This is the second popular trek after Base Camp with beautiful Lakes, Biggest Glacier Valley, and Spectacular view of snow-covered Peaks. There are five beautiful lakes in the Gokyo Valley but Gokyo Lake is the biggest and more beautiful Ice lake which is also known as Dudh Kunda from where the Dudh Kosi River begins and Buddhist and Hindus visit there as holy Site. This lake is situated at the elevation of (4750m) where people spend overnight then early morning climb Gokyori to have best panoramic view of Everest Region. But in the beginning part of the trek we can have chance to learn and experience about Sherpa villages, lifestyle Culture and History of mountaineering activities in the different museum and Monasteries. Day 01: Airport picks up then transfers to hotel and briefing about trek overnight in ktm.
Day 02: early morning 35 minutes fly to Lukla then 4 hr trek to Phakding (2630m) overnight there.
Day 03: Phakding 5hr. trek to Namche Bazaar (3450m) over 2 night.
Day 04: Acclimatization day
Day 05: Namche 6hr. trek to Dole (4200m) over night
Day 06: Dole 4hr trek to Machherma (4470m) over 2 night there.
Day 07: acclimatization day
Day 08: Machherma 4hr trek to Gokyo ( 4800m) over night
Day 09: early morning climb the Gokyori (5360m) for sunrise view then after breakfast Gokyo 5hr trek back to Dole overnight
Day 10: Dole 5 hr trek to Khumjung (3800m) over night
Day 11: Khumjung 4 hr trek to Manju (2800m)
Day 12: Manju 5 hr trek to Lukla overnight
Day 13: Lukla early morning fly to ktm and evening farewell dinner together then Airport drop.
