Langtang Gosaikunda and Helambu Trek is the prefect combination of culture, nature and adventure in Nepal and this trek is also combination of three different section of Langtang National Park like: Langtang Valley, Gosaikunda and Helambu. This trek starts from Syprubesi via Sundarijal through lush of vegetation with countless ups and down with so many turning and bending which provides the golden opportunity of unique photography of breathtaking mountain view and stunning landscape during walking. This is the longest trek in Langtang region whereas lifetime experiences can be possible during this adventure. In this trek, you can enjoy with beautiful landscape, wide variety of flora and fauna, high mountains valley and unique Tibetan culture in this Langtang Valley.
After then you are leaving Langtang Valley and keep walking to Gosaikunda (frozen lake) at the height of 4380 m, One of the famous spiritual shrines for both Hindu and Buddhist in Nepal and three are beautiful 108 holy pond around this place, which are related to Hindu epic as well. You can feel there harmonious beauty and brotherhood between two different faith Hindus and Buddhist. Every year there is a spiritual Jurney on the month of August to take holy bath in the Gosaikunda to clean the sin in life and open the spiritual path to heaven after death. Different kind of Tantric group from Hindus and Buddhist come to this pilgrimage journey and make very much fun. After this holy lake Gosaikunda, you keep going to another beautiful Helambu area crossing through the amazing pass Laurebyna-La (4610 m) enjoying with spectacular mountain views and terrific landscape as well, then descends to impressive Helambu section of Langtang National Park.
There are many beautiful Sherpa and Tamang villages in Helambu area where visitor can feel different people, culture and lifestyle than previous section. The people of Helambu are descended from Tibet they follow the Hyolmo culture which is different than Soluhkumbu Sherpa. there are so many Monasteries, Stupa and Mani-Wall decorated with beautiful Tibetan Mantra and prayer flags. And in this area you can see wide variety of flora and fauna as well so Helambe is famous for unique Hyolmo culture and hospitality, majestic mountain views rich verity of flora and fauna. Here you can get chance to observe their lifestyle and culture from the closer eye mixing with them as if like a same family then this trek ends in Sundarijal after crossing Shivapuri National Park, then about one hour drive back to Kathmandu. Two different size of bag is needed, one rucksack is given to potter putting trekking equipment and another small day bag is putting your most important thing then carrying by yourself
Shoes: one waterproof light trekking boots, light jugging /sports shoes and flip flops / sandal for night and morning during guest house

Life changing
Hari is one of the greatest humans to walk this earth. He is very kind and generous. His priority is your happiness and joy. I had an amazing trekk with Hari. We wanted to do Everest but the flight kept getting cancelled but he was quick to pivot and set me up with Langley Trekk and I really enjoyed that trekk. I highly recommend you check out Hari. When I did my research he was highly qualified and recommended and his pricing is very fair. I look forward to trekking with Hari again.

Awesome trekking experience
My husband and I had one week in Nepal in October 2015. Hari and HHT were recommended to us by friends who had also been clients.
Hari is a wonderful guide, he has an excellent knowledge of possible routes and itineraries - we only had a limited amount of time, but Hari was able to give us several tailored options to choose from. HHT also organised everything regarding permits and bookings, so that we were able to start walking an hour after landing in Kathmandu!
Hari has a great knowledge of the trekking areas of Nepal, due to his experience in the industry. He was very clear about what each day would entail, where upcoming sights and stops were etc. He also communicates very well, having studied English literature at university level. As ElleSia said in her review, he's a really friendly genuine person, who is great for a chat during the trek.
We were also very happy with the price of our trip, and feel that one of the main advantages of HHT is that it is Nepali run, so profits aren't being funnelled off to places like the UK or the US. The money we paid will stay in local communities, and also help families of the company living in other areas of Nepal.
Overall, we loved our trip and were exremely happy with Hari and HHT. We would love to visit Nepal again and will definitely use this excellent company again when we do.
